Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PickTheOutfit app for iPhone and Apple Watch and to this website. PickTheOutfit is made by Thom Ritterfeld (see the imprint). By using the app or the website you agree to these terms.
The app
You get the app through Apple's App Store, so Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Your content
The photos and information you add stay yours. They are stored on your devices and in your own iCloud account; see the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you add.
Recommendations
Outfit suggestions are based on weather forecasts and your own choices. They are meant as inspiration: forecasts can be wrong, and you decide what you actually wear.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. Features may change over time, and weather data and iCloud sync depend on services run by Apple.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
